Javier Muniz is a local food vendor with two lunch wagons he operates at W. 4th St. and Congress Ave. and El Gran Mercado in east Austin. He says he had to purchase a second wagon to keep up with demand and higher food costs in order to turn a profit.

This is one of his signature menu items, a Hawaiian hamburger with pineapple, a slice of ham, avocado, tomatoes, onions and served with jalapeño peppers. He is located at 4th and Congress and is open for lunch Monday through Friday 11-3p and dinner Wednesday through Saturday 9p-3a.
