The Railyard Condos on E. 4th St. in the heart of Austin’s business district was among the first offering downtown living. With the downturn in the economy (and don’t you hate that term now) most condo projects are in the wait and see mode hoping for a quick turnaround. Some new projects have postponed ground-breaking dates while those under construction have stalled or curtailed the fast track to completition. I couldn’t pass up the wonderful colors of the building facade. All I needed was someone jumping from the roof to roof to make this scene perfect.
