Fall foliage in Austin has produced some fantastic color this year due to a severe drought, cool nights, warm days and a little rainfall. These bald cypress trees on the north shore of Lady Bird Lake frame the new construction of the city skyline in the background. A freeze could be on the way which would alter the landscape visibly.
