rbz-marc-ott-budget-01 Austin City Manager Marc Ott held a town hall meeting at the Mexican-American Cultural Center Thursday evening to get community feedback on the impact of the recession on the 2009 budget. One of the chief concerns of the public was the shortening of branch library hours by 9.5 hours a week and a citizen and supporter of libraries is Terry Barksdale, who brought her homemade sign to the auditorium.
