Sachi Decou and Jeremy Rosen created Austin Bike Zoo with some crazy bike puppets they designed for events around town. Some of the more interesting creations are a bat and preying mantis bike. The popular group are a fit bunch and will be featured in an upcoming Fit City article by Pam LeBlanc. Austin Bike Zoo’s purpose is “Inspiring the Austin community with bicycles and other alternative forms of transportation by creating unique human powered vehicles, bicycle-based theatrical performances and educational programs for youth.” You can learn more about the group at AustinBikeZoo.org.
