This construction worker had to remove his hard hat in order to dangle at the perfect angle to finish framing the chimney of this new home under construction at the Mueller Development at the old Austin airport Monday as afternoon thunderstorm build in the background. Austin and Central Texas is experiencing severe drought conditions as record high temperatures seem to fall every other day.
