A slow mowing thunderstorm entered the Central Texas area Wednesday morning bringing much needed rain to drought-stricken land. Areas south and southwest of Austin had greater rainfall totals. Along my quest I came across this horse grazing in a pasture along Ranch Road 150 West near Driftwood, Texas and as proof you can see the raindrops hanging on the barbed wire fence. Showers are forecasted for the next few days so keep your fingers crossed for rain in your area.
