A late season front has stalled over the Austin area dumping a consider amount of rain, and Hurricane Alex hasn’t even entered the picture yet. Alex is suppose to hit landfall later this the week maybe bringing some rain to the area, but this front has provided much needed rain and slightly cooler temperatures. The downpour caught many unprepared as these two women race across Congress Ave. to their parked car.
