Michael McCrory, whose company is called the Paint Wizard, puts a fresh coat of paint on the Fran’s Burgers icon atop her carport roof on S. Congress Ave. Friday morning. “I’m probably the only transgendered painter in Texas.” said McCrory, who wears a skirt while painting. He added, “Everything I’ve got, I’ve gotten in a skirt. It probably cuts my profit margin by a lot.”
